Is there a Minimum Print Order
Yes, our order minimum policy for screen print orders is 12 pieces per design setup. After that we'll move to transfers

What is the turnaround time for Embroidery and Print orders?
We are seasonal company, so this depends on our workload at the time of year. Our standard turnaround time is within 2-weeks from order placement. Depending on order size, complexity, and time of year the delivery date may extend past the 2-week timeframe.

How do you price our your jobs for printing?
Our jobs are priced our on 3 main factors, volume of the order, printing labor, and material cost. The more you order the lower your cost will be. The more locations on the shirts or hats or whatever garment, the more you'll pay per item for time and labor. And the nicer and more we have to pay for the item, the more the cost will go up! Not all jobs are created equal.
How many colors can my design have for screen printing?
Our printing presses are capable of printing up to 6 colors per design/per location

Can you bring your items in to be printed or embroidered?
Yes, you can bring your items in to be embroidered. No, we don't take personal items for screen printing unless you are a preferred contract vendor for printing

Do you have a showroom you can come see the items before you buy?
Yes, we encourage you to come into our showroom to come touch and feel our items and try on the shirts before you buy. We have a showroom so you can feel the shirts, bags, hats and hardgoods.

How long does it take to get my hard goods order and what are my minimums?
Purchasing hardgoods is sourced elsewhere and we have to go by the vendor we use. So we will discuss your minimums with you when you purchase the items.
